James is an exceptional athlete that can play multiple roles.
He seems to be really coming into his own as a player, using his speed to create mismatches & hands to make tough catches.
Certainly a name to watch.

2024 The Woodlands HS (TX) QB Mabrey Mettauer (@MabreyMettauer).
First thing that comes to mind for Mettauer is command, next it’s arm talent followed by mobility.
He can make every throw & change the course of a game at nearly any moment w/ legit 6-5.5, 220 pound size.

2023 The Woodlands HS (TX) DB Wei Wei (@wei19606332) is legit 6-3.
Wei has a basketball player-like frame w/length to match however he has no problem putting his hands on people.
If Wei can add 10-15lbs matched w/his sub 4.6 speed it could be game changer in his recruitment.

Chevalier is a versatile player, who is extremely compact & durable.
He uses his size, speed & smarts to outdo his opponents w/ the gifts he’s been given (quick hands/active feet).
3.6 GPA w/ high character.

2023 United HS (TX) DB Jacori-Smith Jackson (@jsmithjackson21).
He stands around 6-0.5, 180 today.
Jackson has good size, he also (based on film) has no fear of making tackles in space & reads the offensive flow well to make instinctual plays.

2023 Episcopal HS (TX) DB Jackson Chavis (@jacksonOchavis) season highlights.
Chavis is not afraid to lower his head and make a hit, he is also fairly savvy around the ball.
With grades, I could see him making an impact on several levels of football.

Dever put up 4000+ yards & 62 TDs. He is analytical, a film-junkie but more importantly loves playing the game.
Wherever he goes D1, D2, D3 or NAIA Dever will have success due to what’s between his ears.

2022 Kelly Catholic HS (TX) ATH Justin Maze (@JustinMaze_) season highlights.
Maze is very well put together, he has elusiveness but more importantly the right mindset about the same process/his fit in a program.
Maze has a Texas Southern offer.

2024 Katy Taylor HS (TX) Ian Flynt (@Ian_Flynt) is an interesting player profile at 6-4, 235lbs.
Taylor didn’t have the best record but Flint showed upside. He’s a natural in-line blocker, has a vast catching radius & smarts for the game.
Greatest (hidden) trait…Leadership.

2023 New Caney HS (TX) WR Cameron Thomas (@5cameronThomas1) helped lead the district in receiving.
One key factor is that he’s anchor leg on the (4×1) relay paired w/ his impressive low-body build.
If his game continues to match his confidence, there’ll be no stopping him.

2025 Harker Heights HS (TX) QB Joel “JJ” Secrist (@jj_secrist) has “it” (notice the lowercase).
Secrist has tools including arm-talent, understand of the game & speed.
He needs to develop in the weight room & stay humble but it wouldn’t shock me if long-term he’s a baller.

Listed at 6-2, 175lbs with broad shoulders, long legs & speed Rue has something serious in his bag.
After this summer his name could carry a ton of weight at various DB positions position flex).

Everyone needs an enforcer. Jones brings a blend of physicality w/ a willingness to take on blocks.
The circuit will be good for him to show his coverage skills & ability to play in space.

Menny has length, confidence at 6-1 175lb w/ physicality at the initial phase of a route using his hands to reroute receivers.
He’s due for a standout season on the #7v7 circuit to build on a junior season worth noticing.

Pearce is a big body, who is unafraid to get physical (as shown on film).
He also has no problem saying what’s on his mind but has the upside to back it up on the field at his 6-2.5, 180lb frame.

Nimitz HS star defensive back Cory Huff Jr. displayed some elite skills last night on the gridiron. He gobbled up nearly 12 tackles and deflected several throughout the night. After talking to Coach Westbrook, the Defensive Back coach said, “Cory is a special student athlete on and off the field. He also explained that Cory is a leader in the secondary and he can see him playing some big time Power 5 ball. The Nimitz HS staff got the call early on Huff being offered by a division 1 national contender, the University of Northern Iowa.

DarVille Allen Jr. has accounted for 515 all purpose yards and
215 Receiving yards in four games for his freshman season. Although, Allen isn’t on varsity yet, he will be a sophomore standout next season. We like to project potential and performance. He has it and is about electric as it gets. @DJ26640798
Jones vision and speed put him near the 1000 yard club. Jones ran for 210 yards and had 4 touchdowns in Friday nights win.

He had the game changing interception to put his team in field goal range in tonight’s win versus MacArthur.
